Three Months Face to Face Turkish Language Course at AIOU, Islamabad Allama Iqbal Open University in collaboration with Yunus Emre Center, Pakistan is offering 3 months face to face Turkish Language course at AIOU, H-8/2, Islamabad. The admission is now open for all, a person with any qualification is eligible for this course. Please note admission seats are limited so it will be on first come first serve basis. We will issue the date sheet at least 10 days before the exams. Please don't mix local date sheet as for international students it is not yet announced. · Admissions of Bachelors, PGD, B.Ed (for fresh and continuing students) are open now from 1st March 2023. Last date is April 10, 2023.

· As per HEC policy, fresh admissions in MA/MSc/M.Com/M.Ed Programs have been stopped permanently from Autumn 2022 semester.

· Admissions of masters level programs(continuing students only) will open in first week of March 2023. Last date will be announced after admission opening.

· MS/M.Phil and Ph.D Programs are not available for international students.

· Programs involved with practical work are not offered for international students.

· Candidates having BA/BSc/B.Com/14 years degrees are eligible to get admission in B.Ed 2.5 year and PGD Programs.

· Candidates having BA/BSc/B.Com/14 years degrees are eligible to get admission in 5th semester of the BS and BBA Programs in relevant subjects after completion of bridging semester.

· For masters/16 years degree holders, COL MBA Program is available, its admissions will start on July 15, 2023. It is 18 years qualification. Its eligibility criteria is HEC recognized masters/16 years education with 50% marks along with three years post qualification experience.



For all admissions, basic eligibility qualification issued by any Pakistan board or University is acceptable. If any student has foreign qualification, he/she should first get equivalence of the foreign qualification from the IBCC (matric and intermediate) level and from HEC for bachelors and onward qualification. In case required qualification is not obtained, admission will not be confirmed.

GOOD NEW FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS



The Higher Education Commission had stopped offering of MA/MSc/M.Ed/M.Com programs for the students having 14 years education.



We have a good news for the students having 14 years education i.e. BA/BSc/B.Com etc. Allama Iqbal Open University has planned to start offering of BS programs for these students from semester Spring 2023. BS Programs are 16 years educational programs equivalent to MA/MSc/M.Com degrees.



Following BS Programs will be offered for international students have BA/BSc/B.Com Degrees on the basis of their specialization in 14 years bachelors degree:

BS Arabic (BA/BSc Based)

BS Islamic Studies General (BA/BSc Based)

BS Mass Communication (BA/BSc Based)

BS Accounting & Finance (Revised New Scheme) (BA/BSc Based)

BBA (BA/BSc Based)

BS Pakistan Studies (BA/BSc Based)

BS English (BA/BSc Based)

BS Gender & Women Studies (BA/BSc Based)

BS Library and Information Sciences (BA/BSc Based)

BS Economics (BA/BSc Based)



Students having 14 years degree will be allowed to take admission in 5th semester of the BS Programs after completion of a bridging semester as per new roadmap of the Higher Education Commission.



Admissions will open from 1st March 2023.
