These are the non negotiables if you really want to heal your gut 👀

Let’s be real, taking a linear approach to health is sooo outdated, it’s multifaceted and a big juicy journey that we have to choose to go on 🥰

😋 Food - yes, we have got to see this as medicine (cliche, I know but true) - we literally become what we eat - we have the ability to turn on or off inflammation in our bodies, switch genes on or off through how we nourish ourselves

😂 Laughter - calms down our nervous system which makes our gut WORK!!

💊 Supplements - our food has lost a lot of the vitamins and minerals we need over the years so we need to supplement to give our bodies a chance to thrive. Also for gut cleansing 😉

😴 Rest - I don’t mean sleep. I mean allowing yourself to do nothing and be ok with it - we are not robots, we can’t be on all day

🤗 Hugs - connection gives us endorphins - when we don’t have enough happiness in life, life gets hard and our bodies suffer

🛑 Say no if you don’t wanna do something. Yes, use me as an excuse 🤣 tia told me to say no (this happens so often with my clients)

💫 Purpose - why are you here? What were you put on the planet to do, to share, to live for - when we figure that out, our bodies respond!

A candida overgrowth could be the cause of your bloating and weight issues 🤯

Let’s take one of my recent clients as an example. She was going around in circles trying to shift weight from around her belly region. She felt so heavy and bloated all the time 🤯 and had tried every diet under the sun, exercised more but not getting any results….!!

Her self esteem took a massive knock and hated going out cos her bloating was out of control.

When she found me, we tested her gut where we found a candida overgrowth - the culprit behind her weight and bloating issues. What we did was remove the bad bugs, optimise her drainage pathways, work on stress management, self esteem, food fear and now she is losing weight and the bloat is gone!
