Spirituality has gotten a bad name not because of the path but because of false gurus and spiritual predators.
They are everywhere, without the dark there can be no light.
But when you are able to discern, you can chose light and your highest good.
Here are traits to look out for and avoid
Focus on what you want and that will expand naturally! Where attention goes, grows.

As soon as I saw this video on my library I went straight into finding all of my “flaws” and criticising my appearance.
The porous on my skin, my nose, my hair line.
But then, I realised how much the body shame I received in school times, still is so present and loud in me.
And I’m not willing to keep carrying this any longer…
So I posted this video to show my inner critic and my ego that this has no power over me anymore.
I’ll love and accept myself even on my worst days (and my worst camera angles) 😅
I’ll show up as I am, because I have a powerful message to share that goes far beyond looks and societal standards.
Every time we do something that scares us we show that no matter what we will be ok.
Dare to show up and have courage to be fully seen ❤️🔥
