The students of Shining Star International School conducted a meaningful assembly on Yoga, highlighting its rich history, significance, and the numerous benefits it offers to students and individuals in leading a healthy, balanced, and disciplined life. The assembly inspired everyone to embrace yoga as a way to nurture both physical and mental well-being.

The occasion also served as a moment of pride as we congratulated our talented students for their outstanding achievements. Our school team secured the 1st Runner-Up position in the Rhythm and Resonance Inter School Competition held at a private school in Abu Dhabi. Special congratulations to Arunima Suresh for securing 2nd Position in the 6th Ashtanga Virtual Inter School Competition.

Our Kindergarten Father’s Day Celebration was a heartwarming and memorable event that brought together our young learners and their fathers in a spirit of joy and togetherness. The celebration featured engaging games and fun-filled activities that fathers enthusiastically participated in alongside their children. A special highlight of the event was the wonderful performances presented by the fathers, including speeches, songs, and dance performances, which added excitement and made the occasion even more meaningful. Our Grade III–V students secured Second Position in the Junior Category at the CBSE UAE Sahodaya Co-Scholastic Event held in Sharjah under the theme “Folk Dance.”

Their vibrant performance, teamwork, and confidence beautifully showcased our cultural heritage and impressed the audience.

Students of Grades III–V enthusiastically participated in engaging activities to learn about the vital role of bees in pollination, food production, and biodiversity. Through role plays, research challenges, food hunts, flow charts, and awareness campaigns, students explored the importance of protecting pollinators and supporting a sustainable environment.
The activities fostered creativity, teamwork, critical thinking, and environmental responsibility, inspiring our young learners to become champions for nature and bee conservation. 🌼💛🐝
