Relationship Manager - B2B Sales, Malta

Monthly salary : Negotiable or contract B2B, plus provision system.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

You are responsible for maintaining and strengthening our relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting PWG services. You will report to the Branch Manager and work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve the Company's objectives.

d) Experience in an employment agency - may also have experience as a line worker (a person who was employed by agencies)

Responsibilities:

Dialogue with our clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
Analyze clients' data and provide strategic recommendations to clients
Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers
Prospect for new sales leads and close sales
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Ensure the quality of services provided to clients
Provide timely and effective communication to clients on their cases and inquiries
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance our services
Identify opportunities for business development and upselling
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services
Represent the company in events, meetings, and presentations
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and regulations
Manage and maintain employees
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients, providing timely and responsive support for all their needs related to immigration visa processing and other services
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and expectations to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and increase client engagement
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and sales, to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved on time
Monitor client accounts to identify potential issues, proactively resolving any problems before they escalate
Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, summarizing performance and providing recommendations for improvement
Provide guidance and training to clients on our services, policies, and procedures
Participate in industry events and conferences to stay current with market trends and establish new business relationships
Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams
Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Analyze data and make strategic decisions to optimize performance and drive revenue growth

Qualifications:

5-10 years' of client relationship experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Relations Manager or similar role in the immigration or visa processing industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
