YEAR 6 EVACUATION DAY

enjoyed an unforgettable journey into the past during Evacuation Day.

Through a day of immersive activities and historical insights, Year 6 had the opportunity to step back in time and develop a deeper understanding of what life was like during this significant period in history.

HOUSE SPIRIT AT

Our students brought energy, teamwork and plenty of house spirit to the annual House Tug of War competition during morning break.

The event was a great opportunity for students to come together, support their house and enjoy some friendly competition, while strengthening friendships and building a sense of belonging across our .

With enthusiastic cheering, determination and plenty of team spirit on display, the competition showcased the importance of collaboration, resilience and making the most of opportunities beyond the classroom.

At , we encourage our students to get involved, challenge themselves and embrace the experiences that make school life so rewarding.

UNIVERSITY FAIR - GLOBAL UNIVERSITY OPPORTUNITIES

More than 50 universities from across the UK, Canada, the USA, Europe and Asia joined us at for our University Fair, giving students and families the opportunity to explore a wide range of prestigious education options from around the world.

Students and families had the chance to speak directly with university representatives, and ask questions to gain a better understanding of what studying at different universities and in different countries could offer.

With universities from across the globe represented, the University Fair gave our the opportunity to explore their options, gather information and start thinking about the pathways that may be right for them after .

Thank you to our and teams for organising the event and providing our students and families with access to such a diverse range of university representatives.

MAKING MUSIC AT BSAK

Music Festival Week was a celebration of music and performance, immersing our students in the vast array of instrumental opportunities available at BSAK and encouraging them to participate and share their love of music as part of school life.

Throughout the week, live music welcomed students and parents into school each morning, bringing music to the heart of our . Performances also took place at collection time, giving families the chance to hear our students perform and experience the range of musical talent across the school.

Our instrumental teachers also took to the stage, performing for our students and giving them a glimpse of their teachers as practising musicians. These performances highlighted the expertise and musicianship within our Music Department.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making Music Festival Week such a memorable celebration of music.

THE SHOW GOES ON!

Secondary Production rehearsals are well under way, with students busy both on stage and behind the scenes.

This year’s production, The Show Goes On, celebrates our previous musicals, bringing together favourite highlights and memories from past performances. With over 90 students and 20 members of involved, it promises to be a wonderful celebration of our .

The production will take place in the second week of November, and it’s a show you won’t want to miss!

DUKE OF EDINBURGH AWARDS
Celebrating Bronze and Silver DofE IA Achievers.
A huge congratulations to our BSAK students, who proudly achieved and were recognised for 69 Bronze Awards and 20 Silver Awards at the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award (DofE IA) Ceremony.
Their achievements are a true reflection of , and , alongside their willingness to challenge themselves through expeditions across the UAE’s deserts and mountains.
From volunteering and developing new skills to demonstrating , our students have embraced every opportunity to grow in confidence and character, whilst creating memories that will last a lifetime.
We are incredibly proud of all our DofE IA achievers and everything they have accomplished!
