💼 Accounts Officer

We are seeking a competent, detail-oriented, and experienced finance professional to join our Accounts Department and support the institution’s financial operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities & Expertise Required:

✅ Manage fee collection processes and financial records for students with accuracy and efficiency�✅ Handle school fee accounting and external board examination fee processing�✅ Process monthly salaries for internal and external staff through Wages Protection System (WPS) in compliance with UAE Labour regulations�✅ Assist in organizational budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting�✅ Perform advanced financial planning, aligned with market trends and relevant UAE ministry regulations�✅ Maintain financial records, reporting, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards

💻 Technical Skills Required:

✔ Proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting Software�✔ Advanced expertise in MS Office (especially Excel – reporting, analysis, formulas, and dashboards)�✔ Knowledge and practical use of AI tools in accounting, automation, and reporting

🎓 Academic Qualifications:

✔ Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (mandatory)�✔ Professional certification such as ACCA, CA (Inter), CMA, CPA, or equivalent will be an added advantage

📊 Work Experience:

✔ Minimum 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience(Preferred candidates with UAE based Experience)�✔ Proven experience in handling large-scale fee management systems (preferably in schools or educational institutions)�✔ Experience in payroll processing through WPS�✔ Hands-on experience in budget preparation, financial reporting, and compliance�✔ Prior experience dealing with education boards (e.g., FBISE) or similar regulatory bodies will be preferred

In a moment of immense pride and historic significance, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Arab Pakistan School triumphantly hosted the Inter-School Declamation Contest(English) 2025–2026 for the very first time, marking a distinguished milestone in our legacy of excellence. This prestigious initiative was envisioned under the dynamic leadership of our respected Principal, whose steadfast commitment to academic distinction and holistic development transformed an inspiring vision into a remarkable reality. The exceptional ex*****on of the event was led by our esteemed HOD English, Mrs. Laila Naheed, whose meticulous planning, tireless dedication and professional coordination ensured its resounding success.

The occasion unfolded as a magnificent celebration of eloquence, intellect, and youthful brilliance. Talented young orators from various esteemed institutions illuminated the stage with persuasive rhetoric, refined articulation, and commanding presence, captivating the audience with speeches rich in depth and conviction. The ceremony commenced with a delightful welcome presentation by our KG students, whose innocence and vibrant energy created a heartwarming atmosphere, followed by expressive poetry recitations from students across all sections, showcasing the richness and beauty of language.

Adding ceremonial grandeur to the event, our Prefectorial Board presented a dignified and disciplined march past, extending a warm and respectful welcome to distinguished guests and participants. More than a competition, this historic endeavor stood as a powerful testament to our unwavering commitment to nurturing confident communicators, critical thinkers and visionary leaders of tomorrow.
