Everyday Resilience is a skill-building workshop series that helps students strengthen emotional regulation, enhance interpersonal skills, and develop resilience strategies to navigate everyday challenges more effectively. Open to all NYUAD undergraduate students, the program is offered in-person, in two formats:
đź’ś2-part series: Focused on developing core skills in emotional regulation and resilience.
đź’ś4-part series: Provides a deeper learning experience that incorporates conflict transformation, cultural awareness, and advanced resilience-building practices.
