🍫 Can the smell of chocolate give you a workout boost?

A new study suggests that sniffing chocolate before and between sets could help you push through more repetitions — without feeling like you worked any harder.

Key findings:

· Dark chocolate scent = 18 more leg extension reps on average
· Dark chocolate also reduced hunger and increased fullness
· Milk chocolate improved performance by creating a more pleasant sensory experience
