The children had a fun-filled experience showing off their hats made from home and creating art to share their ideas and knowledge about hats.
This brought our community together, strengthening partnerships and building meaningful connections between children, families, and educators.
Moments like these create a sense of belonging, joy, and shared memories—reminding us that learning thrives when we grow together.

خلال حصتنا في اللغة العربية،
استكشف الأطفال المشاعر باستخدام الدمى ورموز المشاعر البصرية. ومن خلال التفاعل المرح، تعلّموا التعرّف على المشاعر مثل السعادة والحزن والحماس وغيرها، وتسميتها والتعبير عنها باللغة العربية.
من خلال ربط اللغة العربية بالمشاعر، يكتسب الأطفال مفردات جديدة، ويعززون مهارات التواصل، وينمّون وعيهم العاطفي بطرق هادفة وممتعة.
عندما يكون تعلّم اللغة العربية تفاعليًا ومليئًا بالمرح ومرتبطًا بالمشاعر الحقيقية، يصبح أكثر رسوخًا في الذاكرة.
During our Arabic session, the children explored emotions using puppets and visual emotion icons.
Through playful interactions, they learned to recognise, name, and express feelings such as happy, sad, excited, and more—all in Arabic.

By connecting language with emotions, children build vocabulary, strengthen communication skills, and develop emotional awareness in meaningful and engaging ways.
When language learning is interactive, joyful, and connected to real feelings, it becomes truly memorable.

As children create self-portraits, they explore their unique features, express their emotions, and build a stronger sense of identity. These meaningful experiences help children recognise and communicate their feelings, fostering confidence, emotional wellbeing, and a sense of belonging.
Through drawing children strengthen fine motor skills, coordination, and control—essential foundations for future learning.

Every self-portrait is a celebration of self, helping children feel seen, valued, and secure.

Today, we honored Earth Day in a way that begins with what matters most — children feeling safe, seen, and valued.
In our environment, physical and emotional security are not separate from learning… they are the foundation of it. From this place of security, curiosity naturally unfolds.

Through Earth Day provocations rooted in art, science, and sensory play, the children explored the beauty of nature in meaningful, hands-on ways:
