Abu Dhabi Sailing Club Abu Dhabi Sailing Club is an RYA recognized Training Centre which is a Sailing Section of The Club, ADSC is a sub-section of The Club in Abu Dhabi.

To join ADSC you must be a member of The Club. No sailing experience? Don't worry, we offer courses for all ages at our sailing academy (RYA National Sailing Scheme for youth and adults). Once you join the ADSC, what is in store for you? You will find a friendly and lively bunch of sailing afficionados, of all ages, from all parts of the world and with all levels of expertise. ng events, fun sailing days with usually a break somewhere on a beach. It is a wonderful way to discover Abu Dhabi from a new perspective. If capable, you can also join our Friday races. It is a lot of fun, and once the racing is over, we always end up together discussing our exploits around a drink on the ADSC terrace. Lovely...

Double Irish Race on Saturday afternoon (on the occasion of St Patrick’s Day). It was a lovely windy afternoon. The course involved plenty of gybing, and of course a few capsizes thrown in for good measure.
Well done sailors, and thanks to the race officers (John Mitchell Ross and me), and the safety boat drivers (Kerry and Bob D).
