When I first discovered Kundalini yoga I was not in a good place, actually quite the opposite. I had just gone through a burn-out and was completely lost. I was desperately wanting a change, but I didn’t know how. Having spent 15 years building a career in a big finance corporation, it was all I knew and a big part of my security so leaving had become my biggest fear in life. But come on, miracles

Our daughter Gaïa is born 🙏🤍👶💓

What a life changing experience !

I had an emergency C-section, which was a really big fear, but gynecologist and all the medical team reassured me so well, that I had time to accept it and go with peace. So during the C-section I was looking 👀 into my husband’s eyes and singing songs, a kind of mantra that came from inside 🙂

I am recovering slowly but surely. It needs to heal now. I’m exhausted but VERY GRATEFUL 🙏

During the last season, we have worked on reinforcing our internal organs: liver detox, lungs, kidneys etc…

For the beginning of this season, I want us to focus on reinforcing our MIND and NERVOUS SYSTEM 🧠 💪

Last week we have worked on our LUNGS 🫁 and our BREATH capacity.

It was a dynamic session for enthusiastic beginners, which makes the body much more vibrant!

Not everyone knows, but our breath and it’s flow in the body determines our EMOTIONAL STATE.

When lungs are in excellent shape, we feel full of energy and in control.
