Since 2018, Lotus Retal Institute for Training and development has developed specialized training modules for over-all development of the trainees at an affordable cost. Our experience and understanding of the social, cultural, and professional requirements of the trainees reflect in our unique methods of imparting training. This has helped the learner to understand the language in a fu
n, creative and practical way. The targeted groups in our programs are ladies, children and youth of different ages and needs. We take the responsibility of developing individuals and/or groups’ skills in the following training programs:
· Ladies training and development programs take care of improving different Personal and Vocational Training; such as, Sewing, Tailoring, Embroidery, Hairdressing & Makeup, cooking, TOT, Social Etiquettes, ESL (English Language), Soft Skills and many more.
· Children's training and development programs take care of improving different Personal Talents and skills, and are concerned with Training through Playing Factor aiming at improving:
1- Personal Skills: Languages (ESL, Arabic), Think with Annous, Think with Part of Ama in Quraan.
2- Intellectual Skills: Super Mind, Thinking Outside the Box, Robotics, 3D Program, Scratch, Lego, Chess and many more.
3- Physical Skills: Self-Defence Techniques, Art, Woodcraft, Handicraft, Puppet Making and many more.
· Youths' (girls and boys) training and development programs take care of improving different Personal and Vocational Talents and skills, and are concerned with: Languages (ESL, Arabic), Soft Skills, CV Making, Filming, Photography, Animation, Micro-Project Management, TOT, gym Instructor, Montessori program and many more.
· We also offer creative Test Taking Programs; EmSAT, IELTS, and other related international exams
Lotus Retal Institute for Training and development offers creative and flexible lessons designed according to the needs and abilities of the trainees. Training encompasses to the SWOT analysis of the trainees and is tailored to strengthen the weak areas. Training tools such as, audio-video, flashcards, native books and music are used for effective training. We played a central role in supporting the workforce to help children, young people and adults of both genders meet the outcomes of the ‘Every Person Matters’ agenda. Our guiding vision: Developing people of different ages and needs, improving their lives. We bring growth to the community pushing boundaries by using the best best practices to achieve though leadership in the field of training and development. We are licenced to provide solutions and certificates to organizations, individuals and groups in different areas in various domains meeting the diverse needs of the learning community both locally and regionally.

الفئات المستهدفة في برامجنا هي السيدات والأطفال والشباب من مختلف الأعمار والاحتياجات. نتحمل مسؤولية تطوير مهارات الأفراد و / أو المجموعات في البرامج التدريبية التالية:
• تهتم برامج تدريب وتطوير السيدات بتحسين مختلف أنواع التدريب الشخصي والمهني. مثل ، الخياطة، التطريز ، تصفيف الشعر والمكياج ، الطبخ ، تدريب المدربين ، الآداب الاجتماعية ، ESL (اللغة الإنجليزية) ، المهارات الشخصية وغيرها الكثير.
• تهتم برامج تدريب الأطفال وتنميتهم بتحسين المواهب والمهارات الشخصية المختلفة ، وتهتم بالتدريب من خلال "عامل اللعب" الذي يهدف إلى تحسين:
1- المهارات الشخصية: اللغات (ESL ، العربية) ، تفكر مع Annous ، تفكر مع جزء عم.
2- المهارات الفكرية: الحساب الذهني، التفكير خارج الصندوق ، الروبوتات ، البرنامج ثلاثي الأبعاد ، سكراتش ، الليغو ، الشطرنج وغيرها الكثير.
3- المهارات الجسدية: تقنيات الدفاع عن النفس ، الفنون ، الأعمال الخشبية ، الحرف اليدوية ، صناعة الدمى وغيرها الكثير.
• تهتم برامج التدريب والتطوير للشباب (الفتيات والفتيان) بتحسين المواهب والمهارات الشخصية والمهنية المختلفة ، وتهتم باللغات (الإنجليزية كلغة ثانية ، والعربية) ، والمهارات الشخصية ، وصنع السيرة الذاتية ، والتصوير ، والتصوير ، والرسوم المتحركة ، إدارة المشاريع الصغيرة ، تدريب المدربين ، مدرب رياضي ، برنامج مونتيسوري وغيرها الكثير.
• نقدم أيضًا برامج خلاقة للاختبار. EmSAT و IELTS وامتحانات دولية أخرى ذات صلة
يقدم معهد لوتس ريتال للتدريب والتطوير دروسًا إبداعية ومرنة مصممة وفقًا لاحتياجات وقدرات المتدربين. يشمل التدريب تحليل SWOT للمتدربين وهو مصمم لتقوية المناطق الضعيفة. يتم استخدام أدوات التدريب مثل الصوت والفيديو والبطاقات التعليمية والكتب الأصلية والموسيقى للتدريب الفعال.
