وقّع كلًا من من مركز باحثي الإمارات للبحوث والدراسات وجمعية الإمارات لرعاية الموهوبين مذكرة تفاهم ضمن أعمال المؤتمر الدولي الثالث لحوار الحضارات والتسامح 2026، في خطوة تعكس التزام الطرفين بدعم البحث العلمي والابتكار، وتعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي والمعرفي بما يواكب توجهات دولة الإمارات نحو بناء اقتصاد معرفي مستدام قائم على العلم والتطوير.

ووقّع المذكرة سعادة أحمد الدباني النعيمي، الأمين العام لجمعية الإمارات لرعاية الموهوبين، والدكتور فراس نديم حبال، رئيس مركز باحثي الإمارات للبحوث والدراسات، وتفتح هذه الشراكة آفاقًا جديدة لتبادل الخبرات والمعارف، وتمكين الكفاءات البحثية الإماراتية.

Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies and Emirates Association for the talent signed a Memorandum of Understanding during the 3rd International Dialogue of Civilizations and Tolerance Conference 2026, in a step that reflects both parties’ commitment to supporting scientific research and innovation, while strengthening academic and knowledge-based cooperation in line with the UAE’s vision of building a sustainable knowledge economy driven by science and development.

The agreement was signed by H.E. Ahmed Al Debani Al Nuaimi, General Secretary of Emirates Association for the Talent, and Dr. Firas Nadim Habbal, President of Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies, This partnership opens new avenues for the exchange of expertise and knowledge, while empowering Emirati research talent and fostering scientific excellence.

ضمن أعمال المؤتمر الدولي الثالث لحوار الحضارات والتسامح 2026، وقّع مركز باحثي الإمارات للبحوث والدراسات، وجمعية السلامة وأمن الطوارئ مذكرة تفاهم بهدف تعزيز التعاون المشترك في المجالات البحثية والعلمية والتدريبية، وتبادل الخبرات والمعارف، وتطوير المبادرات التي تسهم في خدمة المجتمع ودعم التنمية المستدامة.

وتم توقيع المذكرة بحضور معالى الدكتور عبد الله بلحيف النعيمي رئيس مجلس أمناء مركز باحثى الإمارات والرئيس الفخري لجمعية السلامة وأمن الطوارئ وقّع المذكرة الدكتور فراس حبّال، رئيس مركز باحثى الإمارات، والدكتورة هند ساحوه السويدي، المدير التنفيذي لجمعية السلامة وأمن الطوارئ، وتأتي هذه الشراكة في إطار توظيف البحث العلمي والخبرات المتخصصة لدعم مجالات السلامة وإدارة الطوارئ والأزمات، وتعزيز الجاهزية المجتمعية، وتطوير مبادرات مبتكرة تسهم في رفع مستوى الوعي والاستعداد لمواجهة التحديات المستقبلية.

As part of the 3rd International Dialogue of Civilizations and Tolerance Conference 2026, Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies and Safety and Emergency Security Association signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening cooperation in research, scientific, and training fields, exchanging expertise and knowledge, and developing initiatives that contribute to community service and sustainable development.

The agreement was signed in the presence of H.E. Dr. Abdulla Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Chancellor of Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies and Honorary President of the Safety and Emergency Security Association. The MoU was signed by Dr. Firas Habbal, President of the Center, and Dr. Hind Sahouh Al Suwaidi, Executive Director the Safety and Emergency Security Association.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to leveraging scientific research and specialized expertise to support the fields of safety, emergency and crisis management, enhance community preparedness, and develop innovative initiatives that raise awareness and strengthen readiness to address future challenges.

أعلن مركز باحثي الإمارات للبحوث والدراسات عن انطلاق الدورة الثالثة لهيكله التنظيمي والمؤسسي الجديد، وقد تم اعتماد مجلس الأمناء الجديد برئاسة معالي الدكتور عبدالله بلحيف النعيمي ونائبًا له سعادة الشيخ الدكتور عمار بن ناصر المعلا، بما يعزز كفاءة الحوكمة المؤسسية ويدعم مسيرة النمو والتطوير المستدام.

وفي إطار تطوير منظومة العمل المؤسسي، أقر مجلس الأمناء تأسيس اللجنة الاستشارية واللجنة العلمية كهيئتين منبثقتين عن مجلس الإمناء، بهدف تعزيز التكامل بين التوجيه الاستراتيجي والإشراف الأكاديمي، بما يؤسس لمرحلة جديدة من التميز والجاهزية لمواكبة المتغيرات العلمية العالمية.

Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies has announced the launch of the 3rd cycle of its new organizational and institutional structure. The newly formed Board of Trustees has been approved under the chancellorship of H.E. Dr. Abdulla Belhaif Al Nuaimi, with H.E. Sheikh Dr. Ammar bin Nasser Al Mualla as Vice Chancellor, reinforcing institutional governance and supporting the Center’s continued growth and sustainable development.

As part of its efforts to further strengthen its institutional framework, the Board of Trustees has approved the establishment of the Advisory Council and the Scientific Council as two bodies emanating from the Board. This step aims to enhance the integration between strategic guidance and academic oversight, laying the foundation for a new phase of excellence and readiness to keep pace with global scientific developments.
