وقّع كلًا من من مركز باحثي الإمارات للبحوث والدراسات وجمعية الإمارات لرعاية الموهوبين مذكرة تفاهم ضمن أعمال المؤتمر الدولي الثالث لحوار الحضارات والتسامح 2026، في خطوة تعكس التزام الطرفين بدعم البحث العلمي والابتكار، وتعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي والمعرفي بما يواكب توجهات دولة الإمارات نحو بناء اقتصاد معرفي مستدام قائم على العلم والتطوير.

ووقّع المذكرة سعادة أحمد الدباني النعيمي، الأمين العام لجمعية الإمارات لرعاية الموهوبين، والدكتور فراس نديم حبال، رئيس مركز باحثي الإمارات للبحوث والدراسات، وتفتح هذه الشراكة آفاقًا جديدة لتبادل الخبرات والمعارف، وتمكين الكفاءات البحثية الإماراتية.

Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies and Emirates Association for the talent signed a Memorandum of Understanding during the 3rd International Dialogue of Civilizations and Tolerance Conference 2026, in a step that reflects both parties’ commitment to supporting scientific research and innovation, while strengthening academic and knowledge-based cooperation in line with the UAE’s vision of building a sustainable knowledge economy driven by science and development.

The agreement was signed by H.E. Ahmed Al Debani Al Nuaimi, General Secretary of Emirates Association for the Talent, and Dr. Firas Nadim Habbal, President of Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies, This partnership opens new avenues for the exchange of expertise and knowledge, while empowering Emirati research talent and fostering scientific excellence.

طرح معالي الدكتور عبدالله بلحيف النعيمي، رئيس مجلس أمناء مركز باحثى الإمارات، في مقالته بعنوان “الاتفاق الهش… من نزاع نووي إلى مواجهة استراتيجية أوسع” تأثير التحولات العميقة التي فرضتها الحرب الأخيرة على طبيعة الصراع في المنطقة، موضحًا كيف تجاوزت الأزمة إطار الملف النووي لتتحول إلى شبكة معقدة من التحديات السياسية والأمنية والاقتصادية.
