In this episode of The Supernova Life Podcast, I sit down with embodiment integration coach Natasha Ramlall for a beautiful conversation about the seasons of womanhood, identity shifts, and learning how to love the version of yourself who is here right now.

We talk about what happens when you’re in the messy middle of becoming — when you know something inside of you has changed, but your external life hasn’t fully caught up yet. Natasha shares so much wisdom around nervous system safety, trust, receiving, pleasure, and why presence doesn’t have to become another thing on your to-do list.

This episode is an invitation to stop abandoning the present version of yourself in pursuit of the woman you’re becoming. Because one day, this version of you will be someone you look back on with tenderness.

What season are you in?
What is beautiful here?
And can you love this version of yourself while she is still here?

Natasha has also generously shared a free guided audio to help you return to your body, which is linked in the show notes.

Your partner is not your enemy. They are the mirror.

In this episode of The Supernova Life, Your Partner Is Not the Enemy: How Love Mirrors the Wounds We’re Ready to Heal, I’m joined by Sasha, a relationship mentor and healing coach, for a deep conversation on love, resentment, triggers, ancestral patterns, rupture, repair, and the ways we abandon ourselves inside relationships.

We talk about the patterns we inherited from our parents, the wounds that get activated in intimacy, and how to move from “me versus you” into “us versus the pattern.”

This one is honest, tender, and a little confronting in the best way.

Listen now. 🔗 link in bio.

And ask yourself: What pattern is my relationship trying to show me?

I spent years in the gym trying to change my body.

I was consistent and disciplined. I was doing the classes, the cardio, the workouts, the “healthy eating.”

And still… nothing really changed.

At some point, I genuinely started to wonder if my body was broken.

But what I’ve learned over the last year is this:

My body wasn’t broken.
I just didn’t understand her yet.

I didn’t understand how much food she needed and how much strength she was capable of.

I didn’t understand that lifting heavy would not make me less feminine.

It would make me feel more powerful, more sensual, more grounded, more alive.

And I definitely didn’t understand that the way I was showing up in the gym was connected to the way I was showing up everywhere else.

In this week’s episode of The Supernova Life, I sit down with my coach Matt Sochon to talk about the body as a portal.

We talk about strength training, women’s bodies, self-worth, discipline, masculine and feminine energy, aging, motherhood, food, GLP-1s, and what happens when a woman stops trying to become smaller and starts becoming stronger.

This episode is for the woman who has ever thought:

“There must be something wrong with me.”
“It’s too late for me.”
“My body just doesn’t respond.”
“I want to feel powerful in my body again.”

Your body is not broken.

She may just be waiting for you to learn how to work with her.

And if this episode makes you feel that little inner pull — the one that says, “I’m ready to stop shrinking and become the woman I know I’m here to be” — my 1:1 mentorship is open. Link is in my bio.

What if your body isn’t broken?

What if she’s just been waiting for you to learn her?

In this week’s episode of The Supernova Life, I sit down with my fitness coach Matt to talk about strength, women’s bodies, self-worth, discipline, food, aging, GLP-1s, and what happens when we stop chasing smaller and start chasing stronger.

This conversation is physical, spiritual, practical, and deeply personal.

Because for me, getting stronger didn’t just change my body.

It changed how I show up in my business.
My marriage.
My motherhood.
My confidence.
My power.

And if this episode stirs something in you, my 1:1 mentorship is open for the woman who is ready to come back to her body, her voice, her power, and the life that is asking more of her. Link in bio.

I don’t work with women who need to be fixed.

I work with women who can feel that something inside them is ready to come alive again.

The woman who has done the healing.
Read the books.
Listened to the podcasts.
Understands the patterns.

But now she’s standing at the edge of actually living differently.

That’s where my work lives.
Not in giving you another formula.
Not in telling you who to be.

But in helping you come back into relationship with the woman underneath the conditioning, the fear, the people-pleasing, the shame, the overthinking, the self-abandonment.

The real you, the powerful you, the expressed you, the woman who knows.

If you’re feeling that pull, I currently have space for deep 1:1 mentorship.

DM me MENTORSHIP and I’ll send you the details.

I’ve been thinking a lot about identity lately.

How we name ourselves. How we introduce ourselves. How we start to believe that once we become known for something, we have to keep being that thing forever.

Right now, I am a spiritual entrepreneur. I’m a mother. I’m a wife. I love the gym. I love fantasy books, podcasts, belly dancing, and deep conversations that go somewhere real.

And all of that is true. But it is also only true for this season.

It is not a contract I have signed with the rest of my life.
There have been so many versions of me before this one. I’ve been an athlete. I’ve been a researcher. I’ve worked in corporate. I’ve done foundation work. I’ve been obsessed with traveling the world. I’ve been women I barely recognize now, and still, every single one of them was real.

They mattered, shaped me, and brought me here.

But I don’t believe we are meant to spend our lives proving loyalty to an old version of ourselves just because she once made sense.

And I think so many women are carrying identities that used to be true, but are no longer alive.
The version of you that everyone understood, that got approval, and that knew what she wanted.

The version of you that could explain herself easily.
But sometimes becoming means letting that woman soften, shift, or fall away completely. Not because she was wrong.

Because another part of you is ready to live now.
You are allowed to change your mind and want different things. You are allowed to stop organizing your life around an identity that no longer feels honest.

Life does not have to be fixed.

You do not have to be the same woman today that you were yesterday.

You are allowed to be who you are in this season without making it who you have to be forever.

New podcast episode is out and this one feels really special.

I sat down with Ashley Dufresne and we talked about divine timing, the liminal space, and what it feels like when you know something is shifting in your life but the physical world has not caught up yet.

We talked about the weight of the in-between. The urge to force. The fear that nothing is happening. And the deeper truth that some things cannot arrive until you are ready to hold them.

This conversation felt rich, grounding, honest, and deeply needed.

If you’ve been in a season where you can feel change moving beneath the surface, but you don’t fully know what is unfolding yet, this one is for you.

The life that is actually meant for you will not ask for the watered-down version of you.

It will not ask for the version who performs, pleases, over-explains, over-functions, and abandons herself to keep everything comfortable.

It will ask for the real you.

The woman with desire.
The woman with truth.
The woman with a body that knows.
The woman with a voice.
The woman with standards.
The woman with intuition.
The woman with power.

And that can feel terrifying at first.

Because sometimes the life you say you want requires you to stop being the woman who survives by staying small.

It asks you to be seen.
To choose differently.
To disappoint people.
To trust yourself.
To let old identities fall away.

But that is not punishment.

That is initiation.

The life meant for you does not need the most palatable version of you.

It needs the most honest one.

New podcast episode is out - Owning the Parts of You That Are Waking Up

I recorded this one around what happens when parts of you start waking up that you can no longer ignore.

New desires. New truths. New capacity. New standards. A new version of you that doesn’t fit as neatly into the old shape of your life.

I talk about how uncomfortable that can be, how easy it is to question yourself in those seasons, and what it looks like to actually let yourself be changed.

If you’ve been feeling yourself shifting lately, this episode will speak to that.

And if you want support in your own process, you can start with my free quiz, What Is Rising In Me Next? If you’re craving a deeper reset, my Identity Recalibration Ritual is there for you.

And if you’re wanting deeper, more personal support, I also have 1:1 mentorship.
