The UAEs first day of remote learning. Seeing lots of photos of children engaging from home.
Remember games are also a fun way of learning. Yesterday, my kids and I played a game from Ancient Egypt called senet. I will post resources for the game later today!

Today’s activity- making Ancient Greek shields. We researched designs and found out about the different symbols.
Used cardboard and paint to create their design (they both chose the same).
We then practiced marching using makeshift spears.
Followed by recorded instructions which could be written down as a follow on task.
Feel free to copy and use with your classes/ children at home.
A great way of learning about history in a practical.
