BASI Level 3 training and Exams - New Zealand 🇳🇿 and Japan 🇯🇵

We've got a couple of different options for your snowboard Level 3 training and exams this summer and next winter 2027.

First up is a unique multi association 5 week tech training program in the Summer in Wanaka in New Zealand. We have 3 weeks of multi association Level 3 training (led by NZ, ASSI and BASI trainers) with a specific week of BASI tech and freestyle training culminating in the BASI L3 tech exam.

If that doesn't suit, then next winter 2027 in Niseko Japan, we have a full 3 month specific BASI tech and teach training and exam program running from Jan to end of March.

We even have a work and learn option as part of this Niseko Level 3 program.

Both courses include accom, training, exam fees and everything you need when in resort (apart from flights to get to us).

100% pass rate for this bunch of legends on our SBC BASI level 2 snowboard instructor course here in .

We had 4 people with us for the whole winter who were joined by 4 more for our shorter 4 week course.

Everyone smashed it and rode hard.

It wasn't easy and we gave a fair few ass kicks but everyone took it and smashed it.

A proper solid crew.

Welcoming some new recruits to our month long SBC training program making you a better all round instructor.....and apres instructor 🎉

Seriously tho, it's not just about what we do on the hill, it's also having the ability to interact with clients and make them feel welcome on what for most people is their one week of snowboarding in the year.... And what better way to do that than an apres beer.

3 months of riding, training, €2.50 beers,  ups, downs, cold days, hot days, powder days, tears, smiles.... All building you up to be solid snowboarders who know how to live and work and deal with what it takes to be an instructor in the mountains.

Nice one Ben on the new job in Japan 👊🏻

Ben did our level 2 season instructor program last winter in Arinsal as he really wanted to work in Japan.

That dream has come true. Ben's hard work, a little reference from us and he's got his first "thank you" post. Well done mate 👊🏻

First few days back in Beidahu ski resort for a promo 2 days working with one of the biggest snowboard and ski clubs in China.

Over 400 people in attendance, 90% of which are snowboarders which is a crazy statistic to throw out there, but it's true.

2 days of coaching both club members and the clubs BASI instructors as well as a couple of sessions working with the mountain schools own instructors.

We're now finishing our time here with a few more snowboard instructor courses as well as a level 1 & 2 ski instructor course... Busy busy!

As the winter season approaches, it's time again to say goodbye to the amazing scenery of the mountains of Birmingham, the hidden gem of the UK.

We got one last BASI snowboard course at Mount Tamworth, a bumper set of courses in China, then it's back to Andorra.

Non snowboarding post......but I did a thing with my best mate in Vegas baby.

We spoke about a Vegas wedding on a beach in Thailand.... Got engaged in the Asahi tower in Tokyo...and now it's over in 8 days... But what an 8 days 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Some of our mates also made the journey too which was beyond ace to be out in Sin City with everyone.... We honestly thought we'd be doing it on our own, so massive thanks for making the massive effort to come with us and watch us get married by Hellvis.

An awesome week of being away from everything, we're feeling it for sure... but now it's back to winter mode.
