Dinner fatigue is real.
It’s not the chopping.
It’s not the stirring.
It’s making yet another decision when your brain is already full.
When dinner becomes predictable, evenings soften.
Less snapping.
Less rushing.
More connection.
In our FREE webinar on 25 March at 8pm, we’re sharing a simple, realistic way to plan meals without adding pressure, plus why eating together matters more than we realise.
If dinner currently drains you, this one’s for you.

Containers aren’t the enemy.
But they also aren’t exercise.
Tummy time is where babies build the strength for rolling, crawling, sitting — and eventually all those tiny fine motor skills we care about later.
As an OT, I’m not aiming for zero containers.
I’m aiming for balance.
More floor time than container time.
If tummy time feels hard (or your baby protests loudly 🙃), I’ve created a gentle, practical guide to help you make it easier, without forcing it.

Most babies roll between 4–6 months and development happens within a range, not a deadline.
Before you panic, ask:
Are they getting daily floor time and chances to try?
Small, consistent opportunities make a big difference.
If you’d like a gentle, step-by-step guide to encouraging rolling (without forcing it), link in bio to download it.

What surprised many moms wasn’t what their nanny was doing, it was how naturally it started happening.
When caregivers feel confident, sensory play stops being an “activity” and starts becoming a way of engaging with the child during walks, meals, and everyday routines.
That shift matters.
Because when development is woven into daily life, moms don’t have to plan, prompt, or manage it all from a distance. And that’s often the greatest relief of all.
If you’d like to see how this kind of support works in practice, you’re invited to join a FREE session (link in bio).

The best caregiving happens when everyone feels confident, aligned, and supported, not when one person carries it all.

Sensory play hack: you’re probably already doing it.
🍎Feeding.
🛁Bath time.
👚Getting dressed.
👩🍼Rocking your baby before sleep.
When you slow down and stay present, these moments become rich sensory input, without adding anything extra to your day.
Babies don’t need more stimulation.
They need regulated, meaningful experiences with you.
You’re not behind.
You’re already doing more than you realise.
✨ Share this with a mom who feels the pressure to “do more.”

A lie I believed about sensory play: that it had to be messy.
For a long time, that belief alone made sensory play feel like too much, especially on tired days.
Here’s the gentle truth: sensory play is about how your baby experiences the world, not how much mess is made.
Your voice.
Your touch.
Slow movement.
Predictable routines.
These are powerful sensory experiences for a baby’s developing brain. If sensory play has felt overwhelming, this is your permission slip to simplify. Connection always counts.
