Recently we celebrated the graduation of the first Emerging Leaders Initiative cohort. 16 graduates representing 8 different schools have walked through this 13 month leadership growth and development program. Rich in content and carefully designed to foster strategic growth in emerging school leaders, this program strengthens and equips school leaders to increase impact and effectiveness.
