The Zimbabwe Career Connect internships allow students to gain valuable practical experience, apply their international education, and contribute meaningfully to Zimbabwe’s development. As part of the program, interns have the opportunity to also explore local cultural and natural sites to better experience the work-life balance that can be achieved should they choose to move back to Zimbabwe after their studies.

Interns gain real world experience on how it is working in a field of interest in Zimbabwe, make meaningful professional connections, discover passion, grow their career and give back.
