Journey to the 100% pass at both O level and Grade 7. What we did;
1. Praying to God for grace and direction to the ultimate goal
2.We targeted learners' mindsets. Champions are created through fostering self belief
3. Learners had to pledge on maintaining a high level of focus and high work ethic
4. Working closely with educators to foster an environment of maximum academic growth.
We also did a lot more seemingly small things that all contributed to a 100 % at form 4 and Grade 7. To the class of 2023 we say well done. You are all stars!!!

At St Andrews Kusasa we believe that every child needs a champion. A more knowledgeable adult who will stand by a child and encourage them. Most teachers suffer from the curse of knowledge. It is a phenomenon whereby teachers find it hard to understand how learners miss something so obvious. To overcome this we train our teachers on understanding misconceptions and making concepts granular so as to smoothen the learning process.
