A LIVING CLASSROOM AT KWAMASI 🌿

Our Grade 4, 5 and 6 pupils enjoyed a fascinating educational visit to KwaMasi Cultural Heritage Centre in Kutama, Zvimba.

KwaMasi is a true “living classroom” where Zimbabwean heritage is not simply studied, but experienced. Our pupils explored indigenous knowledge, traditional farming and food preparation, as well as sustainable living.

The visit brought important aspects of Zimbabwe’s Heritage-Based Curriculum to life, giving the children an opportunity to learn through seeing, listening, participating and doing.

It was a wonderful reminder that our culture, traditions and natural environment are treasures to be understood, valued and preserved.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Linda Gabriel and the KwaMasi team for their generous invitation, warm hospitality and enthusiasm in sharing their knowledge with our pupils.
