Our membership breakdown reflects this reality and cuts across the entire Zimbabwean society. Inequality and disregard for individual rights arise when there is an imbalance of bargaining power. This usually occurs when the member has a legal problem that must be heard in court. These are often cases where a member has been charged with committing an offence (a criminal matter) and/or civil disputes (litigation). Law For All Legal Aid Society may not, by law, handle these legal problems in- house.

4.3 How Law For All Works
Law 4 All has opened 3 branches within a short period of time of a month after it has started operating and intends to open branches countrywide all over the provinces in Zimbabwe. At our branches we have more than 10 Legal Counselors who are legally qualified and who are able to provide a wide range of legal services to Law For All Members. These services include:
• Face to face consultations with a Legal Counselor at a Law For All Branch (we are one of the very few that provide this benefit).
• Legal and related advice.
• Negotiations and correspondence with third parties on your behalf.
• Assistance and advice regarding basic legal documents, e.g. wills and contracts.
• Debt relief e.g. settlement negotiations, consolidations, payment extensions, assistance with blacklisting.

• Job related problems, e.g. unfair dismissals
• Homeowner problems, e.g. defective building work
• Motor vehicle problems, e.g. guarantees on poor repairs

4.4 What is NOT covered by Law For All Legal Aid Society? In order to keep the membership fees affordable, certain items are not covered. These include:
• Traffic fines
• Political matters
• A dispute between a member and Us or any of Our employees or agents.

What does Yellow Membership cover?
• All matters covered in the Green and Blue Cards.

• Administration of Deceased Estates.

4.5.4.RED CARD (Extended Family Cover)
