Good day cadres. My encouragement this morning is that in spite of the economic challenges ,there is still much we an do to give back to H.I.T. My understanding of the H.I.T students/alumni is that at the core of what we do is innovation and adaptation. In that regard we should be seen to be providing solutions to challenges we currently face. in my books the biggest one is that we add little value to the natural resources we have before they leave the country. All the raw materials we export creat tens of millions of jobs and probably what Zimbabwe need now is in the region of 5 million jobs.

Now cdes, friends, engineer and technologists alike isn't this the best environment for a H.I.T graduate to be seen.

Secondly I want to encourage us as former students(only of H.I.T for learning is a lifelong quest), to look at how we can give back to our university, it could be giving someone internship, book donations or whatever we can.

In ending ,paraphrasing Mr King ... Whatever we do lets keep moving !!

We surely have not been in touch in a long time, but we just want to congratulate the recent graduates and we wish them well in the new chapter in their lives.

Economic challenges are hindering most of the projects we would like to undertake, but just hang in there as soon as things get better we will move more rapidly

Please lets invite more alumni so that we can keep in-touch with each other and if there are any suggestions or contribution you can make for the betterment of mother HIT please go ahead and share and we will be happy to either debate or jump on-board.

Good morning.

I wish to congratulate the current crop of engineers and technologists who are being baptized into a new world where the are expected to make the necessary inventions and innovations for the betterment of first Zimbabwe, the region and the global village. So we say to them congratulation and welcome aboard fellow friends.

I have another piece of great news. The sub-committee incharge of the clinic is making great strides, thanks to the seasoned leadership and guidance of the chair lady Miss Mukwekwerere. The team which consists of Src representatives and the alumni has shown that it is determined to achieve.

We sincerely hope that all of you will take part in this noble cause. We will give you the necessary information in due course.

Remember we are all part of a great system and we are all equally important and the system shall not,must not and will not fail.
