Digicit or eCitizen is a national digital citizenship program created to help Zimbabweans confidently navigate the digital world in a safe, responsible, and meaningful way. As technology becomes part of everyday life—how we learn, work, communicate, and do business—there is a growing need for citizens who are not only digitally skilled, but also ethically grounded and culturally aware.

The program brings together digital literacy, online safety, and Zimbabwean heritage, guiding learners to use technology responsibly while upholding the values of Hunhu/Ubuntu. Digicit empowers individuals to protect themselves online, respect others in digital spaces, and make informed decisions in an increasingly connected society.

Delivered through a user-friendly online learning platform, Digicit is accessible to youth, adults, educators, and communities across the country. Whether you are a student, parent, entrepreneur, teacher, or community leader, the program equips you with practical skills, legal awareness, and cultural insight to learn, protect yourself, and thrive online.
