Solwezi Driving School-Kalumbila branch is looking for a patient and enthusiastic driving instructor to Teach, Instruct and Educate students, and to also prepare the students for the driving tests.
-Plan and deliver lessons that promote student theoretical and applied driving skills.
-Communicate with students to ascertain which of their abilities require further development.
-Maintain excellent communication with students at all times.
-Tailor instructions to meet the needs of students, while still meeting targets set by the Driving School.
RESPONSIBILITY
-Preparing lessons that are tailored to students needs.
-Providing instructions on the parts and functions of the vehicle, and on-road regulations.
-Teaching practical skills related to all aspects of driving.
-Helping Students to develop confidence in their driving skills.
-Gaining control of the vehicle during emergency situation.
-Calming students who are in distress.
-Reporting all accidents to the Head of The Driving School.
REQUIREMENTS
-Grade 12 or 9 certificate.
-C1 Valid Driving License, with more than one year driving experience.
-Instructor's license added advantage.
-Clear driving record.
-Clear criminal record.
-Excellent verbal and written communication.
-Patience and enthusiasm.
-Ability to remain calm under pressure.
-Ability to work during weekends, when need arises.
