This is an inspiring story for the girl child

At 50years l am a . Double Orphaned at 17 years technically one could say at 15years. At 18years grade 11 school drop out, teenage mother and married off. By 21years HIV positive!

I told my self l shall not But !

Went back to school ended up with two Masters Degree in School of Business: In Nonprofit Administration, Seminary Theology : Masters in Divinity... All with honors or Distinctions.

2010 : Published my autobiography : Warrrior Princess " Fighting for Life with Courage and Hope. A must read if you have not.

Politics : 2016 l return to Zambia with one mission to serve my country. Exactly how and where l had no idea. I am encouraging to join politics after long conversation and debates l Vote for the first time and run ass an MP winning with a landslide. Making me the first Female MP for Keembe Constituency.
At the desecration of the President Hakainde Hichilema l become the First female to be in the office of Government Chief Whip in the Zambian Parliament ( as Deputy), 23 September 2023 l become first female Provincial Minister of Central Province. Hardly 9 months l am appointed First female Minister of Justice at Ministry of Justice Zambia - MOJ to date.

What humbling is how from such background in 2003 l was only African from African to be part of the delegation to meet with American President George W. Bush which lead to passing of President Emergency Fund PEPFAR of 15 Billion Dollars that made HIV Drugs accessible and other health programs my country Zambia was given priority.
Later l would be called in 2005 to testify to congress and that led to 50 billion dollars under global fund for Malaria, HIV and T. B For Africa once again my beloved Country Zambia benefited tremendously.

I had a chance to advocate for women and girls, oprhans and vulnerable children taking me to the UK parliament with meeting witb Prime Minister Tony Blair, The Canadian Prime Minister then.
Which led to my involvement in the Global Women's tour by UNAIDS.

Several recognition such as : Nominee for the Rebook Human Rights Award, 2024 April 24 Named as Princess Kasune Zulu Day in Chicago by Mayor Daily. Best Broadcasting Award 2021 on HIV and AIDS. From tge live Positive Living show l producted and broadcasted for several years on Radio Ichengelo and ZNBC sponsored by UNICEF.

I will be remised if l did not mention my work with UN Secretary General Kofi Annan and his Wife Mrs Annan, UN Special Envoy Stephen Lewis, UNAIDS Executive Peter Piot, UNICEF, OXFAM.

My our organization Fountain Of Life 6 that has built Level one hospital at 1 million dollars in Chiyuni Keembe Constituency, over 12 Schools in Keembe Constituency and 1 in Serenje, Servral clinics, done hundreds of water projects sponsored students some now teachers, nurses and doctors.

I cannot tell it all. All l can say it has been nothing but shear Courage, Boldness, Determination, Tenacity and above all else God.

So if you are looking for a Miracle.. Here l AM.

PRESS STATEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
COMPLIANCE TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION EARLY CHILDHOOD, PRIMARY, AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS CALENDAR
8th January, 2026

The Ministry of Education is the custodian of all educational institutions and, as such, regulates the operations of all schools through the provision of appropriate regulations. In accordance with the provisions of the Education Act No. 23 of 2011, Section 100 (1) (a), (b), (c), (d), and (e), the Honorable Minister determines the annual academic calendar, the duration of any academic year, and the terms of an academic year for educational institutions. All schools must therefore follow the school calendar provided by the Ministry of Education without fail, with the exception of international schools and schools with written authority from the Ministry to implement a different curriculum from the Zambian Curriculum, as provided for in the Education Act of 2011, Section 101 (3).

Despite the above provisions and several guidance from the Ministry for all schools following the Zambian National Curriculum to follow the provided school calendar, it has been brought to the attention of the Ministry that some private schools opened on 5th January, 2026, while 12th January, 2026 remains the opening day for Term One of 2026. This is very unfortunate, as such schools have shown total disregard for the Ministry’s school calendar.

The Ministry now directs all private schools following the Zambian National Curriculum that opened on 5th January, 2026, to immediately close and open on 12th January, 2026, as per the school calendar, failure which they risk their operating licences being revoked. Standards Officers are on the ground checking on compliance with the Ministry’s school calendar.

The Ministry values the partnership with the private sector in the provision of quality education and looks forward to good collaboration in this regard

On 18th December, 2025 the World Bank handed over 82 Secondary Schools to the government of the Republic of Zambia at a ceremony held at Sikoongo Weekly Boarding School in Chirundu District in Southern Province.

The milestone is spearheaded by the World Bank supported programme, the Zambia Education Enhancement Project-ZEEP.

This translates to more learner enrolment and more teacher recruitment!

We urge you to continue working hard as you contribute to the excellent academic record of our school (and yours too). And make sure you abide by our school rules which are attached to the acceptance letters which you are collecting.

To Parents and guardians, ensure that you read our school rules together with your child (or children) and help them understand every detail contained therein.

Again we request you to pay attention to the required mattress type and size required by the school which is Form King, high density, six inches, single mattress. Any other brand or type,will not be accepted from the new pupils coming into boarding.
