AT IN MWANSABOMBWE DISTRICT OF ZAMBIA STARTING THEIR PRACTICALS

This is to confirm that the * will be held as follows;

1.

Those students in Mansa and other districts who just recently completed the course online, exams will be done next week on Wednesday, 9th September 2020 at Praise Christian School in Mansa at 14:00hrs where our Marketing office is located. The exam will be invigilated by Mr Joshua Kaoma.

2.

The students in Kasama and Mungwi districts, the exams will be held on monday, 7th September 2020 at a venue to be adviced time will be 10:00hrs. The exam will be invigilated by Mr Mwila.

3.

For students in Coperbelt province, exams will be held in Chingola at Providence House Room 16 just within the town center. The exam will be invigilated by Mr Bartholomew Chipendano.

4.

For students in Southern Province exams will be done on Tuesday 8th September in Choma at 14:00hrs the name of the venue will be advised. The exam will be invigilated by Mr Joe Namangolwa.

5.

To our students in Botswana, in view of the COVID19 restrictions which has led to the border still being closed, you will not be able to travel to Zambia for exams but arrangements have been made with Rev. Dr. Celestino Chishimba a priest of the Anglican Church and the in charge at Holy Cross Cathedral next to Princes Marina Hospital in Gaborone to invigilate you. However, that will only be done when restrictions are relaxed over there too. We are also working out another option of you writing your exams online so that you can also start your clinical attachment to make sure that you move on the same pace with everyone else. For this reason, you are encouraged to download ZOOM on your play store which we are very likely to utilise for the exam.

After the EXAMS, all successful students will be expected to start their at health facilities nearest to them on 11th September 2020 except for those whose arrangements have been made to go to Mbereshi Mission Hospital in Mwansabombwe district but will also be expected to report to Mbereshi on the same date 11th September and should be in touch with +260968309335 to confirm their attendance.
