Chileleko College of Nursing and Midwifery School Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our institution as Director/Principal.

**Position:** Director/Principal for Training Institutions Offering Levels 3 of Training on the ZTQF

**Requirements:**
1. **Technician Certificate in a Relevant Field:** The ideal candidate should hold a Technician Certificate in a relevant field, demonstrating a solid understanding of vocational education and training.

2. **Knowledge and Experience in Human Resources Management:** Proficiency in human resources management, including recruitment, training, and staff development, is essential for effective leadership.

3. **Basic Financial Management Knowledge and Experience:** Competence in basic financial management practices to ensure the institution's financial sustainability and efficiency.

4. **Minimum Five Years Management Experience:** A proven track record of at least five years in a management role, preferably in an educational or training institution.

5. **Diploma in Education Management and Five Years Teaching Experience:** A Diploma in Education Management coupled with a minimum of five years of teaching experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of educational principles and practices.

6. **Age Requirement:** Candidates should be at least 35 years old, possessing the maturity and experience necessary to lead and inspire a diverse team of educators and staff.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide visionary leadership to ensure the effective delivery of training programs in accordance with the Zambian Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority (TEVETA) Quality Framework (ZTQF).
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the institution, including curriculum development, student enrollment, and staff management.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student success and achievement.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance training opportunities and employment prospects for graduates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards to uphold the institution's reputation for quality education.

Chileleko College of Nursing and Midwifery School Limited is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join our esteemed faculty in the following courses:

1. Level 3 Certificate or diploma or higher in Computer Studies:
- Qualification: A minimum of a Diploma in Computer Studies or related field.
- Teaching Experience: 3 years in the relevant industry or academic setting.
- Additional Requirements: TEVETA accreditation and Technical and Vocational Teachers’ Diploma.

2. Level 3 Certificate in Bricklaying:
- Qualification: A higher-level certificate in Construction or related field. Minimum of level 3 of the ZTQF.
- Teaching Experience: 3 or more years of practical experience in bricklaying or a related field.
- Additional Requirements: TEVETA accreditation and Technical and Vocational Teachers’ Diploma.

3. Level 3 Certificate in Design Cutting and Tailoring:
- Qualification: Level 3 or higher of the ZTQF or Diploma or higher in Fashion Design or Tailoring.
- Teaching Experience: 3 years in garment tailoring and design.
- Additional Requirements: TEVETA accreditation and Technical and Vocational Teachers’ Diploma.

4. Level 3 Certificate in Plumbing and Pipefitting:
- Qualification: level 3 trade certificate, diploma or higher in Plumbing or a related field.
- Teaching Experience: 3 years in plumbing and pipefitting.
- Additional Requirements: TEVETA accreditation and Technical and Vocational Teachers’ Diploma.

5. Skills Award in Psychosocial Counselling:
- Qualification: Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or a related field.
- Teaching Experience: 3 years in counseling or psychotherapy.
- Additional Requirements: TEVETA accreditation and Technical and Vocational Teachers’ Diploma.

Minimum Qualifications for Lecturers and Instructors:
- Theory Lecturers: Must possess a qualification higher than the class they are teaching.
- Workshop Instructors: Can teach at the same level as their qualification with relevant industrial experience.
- All Instructors and Lecturers must hold a Technical and Vocational Teachers’ Diploma.
- Accreditation with TEVETA is mandatory for all Trainers.
- Minimum industrial experience:
- Degree and Diploma holders: 3 years.
- Certificate holders: 5 years.
