Best Buddies Academy

How does a 7-year-old from Lusaka end up designing life-changing tech and sweeping 1st Place at the National JETS Fair?

It starts with a simple spark of curiosity. Meet Miss Tatenda, a Grade 3 innovator at Best Buddies Academy who turned a bright idea into a Smart Blind Stick designed to help visually impaired individuals navigate safely. Tatenda didn't just build a school project, she engineered a real-world solution, securing a gold medal and a K5,672 cash prize on the national stage.
At Best Buddies Academy, we believe in giving young minds the space, tools, and hands-on STEM programs to turn their big dreams into reality. This is what happens when potential meets the right guidance.

Give your child the winning edge. Weekly boarding is now open (Drop off Sunday | Pick up Friday).
