September is recognised as World Su***de Prevention Month with September 10th as it's official day. Today we recognise those who have been lost and spread awareness on mental health, providing a safe space for people that are struggling to reach out and talk. Whether it be friends, family or professionals, no person should go through their pain alone and deserve to be heard. This September remember to take care of those around you and be a present figure.🫂💛
