Mike Malao Shares his testimony.
My name is Mike Malao, and I'm a student at Zambian Royal Medical University. I just can't thank LIZASA enough for the incredible experience I had at their leadership training, especially the Multiplication by Mentoring session with Pastor Chali. It's been a total game-changer for me, and I'm still blown away by the impact it's had on my life and leadership.....Pastor Chali's guidance helped me grasp the importance of mentoring and discipling others. I realized that leadership isn't just about achieving my own goals, but about empowering others to reach theirs. The principles and strategies shared in the training have been super valuable, and I've already started putting them into practice....One thing that's really stuck with me is the importance of investing in others. I've learned that by mentoring and coaching, I can multiply my impact and make a real difference in people's lives.....I want to say a huge thank you to Dr. Alfred Kalembo, the founder of LIZASA, for his visionary leadership and dedication to raising up leaders. And to Pastor Chali, thanks for sharing your expertise and passion with us.

This training has sparked something in me - a desire to make a difference in the world. I'm committed to applying what I've learned, and I'm excited to see how God will use me to impact others. We are proud to announce that the Leadership Institute of Zambia, in partnership with the International Leadership Institute, is currently conducting leadership training for Scouts in Lesotho.

The training has been warmly welcomed, and participants are actively engaged and excited to develop their leadership skills. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to raising transformational leaders across Africa.
