NATIONAL RECRUITMENT AND MOBILISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Be informed that we've embarked on national recruitment and mobilisation.
This will be done in a simplified manner.

1.Each district is expected to have twenty members introduced to Zute.

2.Each District and provincial leader to talk to two people to sign joining forms for zute.

3.We know we have financial challenges currently but surely each one of us can manage to talk to one or two people within our work place
And near by school.

4.Our projection in June as Districts is to input atleast twenty (20) members
next month during inputs..

Note:Districts that did not submit inputs lets make sure they familiarise themselves with process than having challenges at eleventh hour.

Provincial leaders lets make sure this data reaches the District leaders for implementation.

Zute aims to empower teachers and motivate everyone in the teaching sector.

4200 teachers have been recruited as follows:
202 teachers with disabilities.
420 Early Childhood teachers .
1136 primary teachers .
2600 secondary teachers both diploma and Degree.

Names will be published on Thursday 20th march, 2025.

Date of collecting appointment letters 7th April, 2025.

Reporting second term.

2200 teachers will be published after two weeks. Taking the total number of recruited teachers to 6600.

*WELCOMING MESSAGE TO NEW ZUTE MEMBERS*
Greetings new ZUTE heroes and heroins.
Welcome to ZUTE, the Gateway to Teacher Empowerment and land of financial freedom.
Glory be to God for He has seen our suffering and heard our cries against systematic exploitation and manipulation of teachers even by those we looked upon to be our savior and protector. Today, our once adored dignity has been eroded to embarrassing low levels ! This has been necessitated by high indebtedness and severe financial challenges we teaches are grappling with. As teachers, we have nothing we can point at collectively as our own investment or property despise the huge funds collected on monthly basis from the long suffering teaching fraternity!
Weep no more colleagues, for God is working out something for us through ZUTE ! We need to position ourselves and take up this sacred mission with unrelenting commitment and equal determination ! Time to set ourselves free from financial bo***ge is now!
Colleagues, ZUTE is the answer to our financial plight.... Let us all be united, work hard, mobilize more members and set ourselves on the entrepreneurship path to financial freedom !
There's power in numbers! Through ZUTE and with support of other stakeholders including government, we are putting together our little resources ( that monthly subscriptions we give to unions) and multiply it through prudent investments in viable and profitable ventures such as;
√Education institutions
√ financial institutions
( Lending to ourselves
and public at low
interest rates)
√ transport business
(fleet of trucks and
luxury buses covering
all routes)
√ Lodges and hotels,
providing meals from
own grown milling
plants, eat own meat...
√ Land development and
Housing units for sale
and rent
√ Shopping malls ( to
rent out office space
and shops)
√ Mining and Power (
mineral extraction and
power generation)
√ Agriculture; Livestock
and crop production
√ Event management
(manage public and
private events,
funerals, weddings
state functions, etc)
A good percentage of that monthly subscription we pay to unions will now be channeled to buy your shares in the cooperative ECOS Ltd and make you become the co- owner of the above investment ventures which will mitigate our financial challenges and benefit our future generations.
ZUTE through ECOS Ltd will endeavor to source external funding to support our ambitious investment programs. Bodies like EU, World Bank, UNDP and local funders like CEEC, CDF will all be approached.
For AN EMPOWERED TEACHER IS AN EMPOWERED NATION!
All the above investment ventures will be run and managed by a team of competent and skilled personnel employed by the Educators Cooperative Society Ltd , the registered investment entity and wing of ZUTE.
