AS EVERYONE CELEBRATES THE NEW DAWN THERE IS NEED TO START PUTTING THINGS IN ORDER SO AS TO FOSTER DEVELOPMENT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WHICH BENEFITS ALL CATEGORIES OF YOUTHS SUCH US:
1. **EDUCATED*
2. *UNEDUCATED*
3. *ILLITERATE*
4. *DIFFERENTLY ABLED***

THIS CALLS FOR CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS *(CSO)* , INSTITUTES, LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND MANY MORE TO FORM A TABLE OF DISCUSSION AND DISCUSS THE BEST SOLUTIONS TO ACCOMMODATE PROBLEMS FACED BY YOUNG PEOPLE AND UNEMPLOYMENT CANT BE IGNORED.
THIS MEANS **LOCAL COUNCILORS* TOGETHER WITH WARD DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEES MUST CREATE A PLATFORM FOR DIALOGUE BETWEEN LEADERS AND YOUNG PEOPLE SO AS TO RESTORE THE REAL ZAMBIA WHERE YOUNG PEOPLE CAN:
1. *GET A JOB DESPITE POLITICAL AFFILIATION*

2. *BENEFIT FROM EMPOWERMENT WITHOUT POLITICAL CONNECTIONS.*

3. *RUN SMALL BUSINESSES WITH SUPPORT FROM GOVERNMENT*

4. *HAVE ACCESS TO QUALITY EDUCATION*

*NOTE:* DEVELOPMENT WITHOUT PROPER DIALOGUE LEADS TO ASSUMING PROBLEMS AND BRINGING PROJECTS OUT OF EMOTIONAL ASSUMPTIONS.

ALL THIS IS POSSIBLE ONLY *IF* YOUNG PEOPLE ARE INVOLVED, NOTHING FOR US WITHOUT US.
