A heart which forgives, does not envy, does not hold grudges, which does not boast and not jealous has free access to the Kingdom of God Almighty. Such in hearts grieves the Holy spirit.

When you and I had a desire to serve God Almighty, He already served us.
When we chose to love Him, He loved us.
Clearly, He has predestined everything for us and given us the free will, which He can not interfere with.
It's your choice whether to choose Him or evil. Otherwise, He is waiting for you to choose Him, and He will forgive you and cleanse you, putting you back on the right track He predestined.
