Generational wealth is key to ending generational poverty.

Good morning all. I hope and trust that you are well.

We need to work hard and build generational wealth to get out of poverty. The reason why Zambia and its people are poor, to a large extent, is because we have not appreciated generational wealth. Generational Wealth separates the rich from the poor.

When rich families meet, they talk about assets and how the assets will bring in other assets. *Empires are built by generations that take care of the wealth that is left in their possession by parents eg - Benz, Toyota, Dangote etc.* These companies are actually families that have taken care of the wealth left by their fathers, uncles and grandparents.

Poor families, when they meet, they talk about how to get rid of wealth, they argue and end up in court because they never agree on how to take care of the wealth left by their parents.

Break the Chain
If you do not stop this habit, it will never stop, its a seed that will be planted even in your children. What you will work hard to get, your children will work hard to destroy because you have a mindset to get rid of wealth.

Work hard to build our own wealth so that tomorrow you do not sell the wealth left by your parents.

The Bible says wealth and houses are an inheritance from parents... Proverbs19:14

As children, why should you sell off our inheritance left by parents? Where do you get the guts to sell the house that your father worked so hard to buy or build?

What inheritance will you leave behind for your children if you are busy selling off houses that were left for you?

I look forward to a time when Zambuan families will meet to have Board Meetings of companies... That is how families become rich.

We need to work hard to break the chain, to build on the wealth we are left with and to become great in the land of the living.
