1. Boundaries are essential for healthy relationships. Boundaries are the limits we set for ourselves and others to protect our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When we have healthy boundaries, we are better able to love others without losing ourselves.

2. We are all responsible for our own happiness. We cannot control the behavior of others, but we can control how we respond to them. When we take responsibility for our own happiness, we are less likely to be affected by the negative actions or words of others.

3. It's okay to say no. We don't have to say yes to everything everyone asks of us. It's okay to say no to people and to things that are not in our best interest.

4. It's okay to be alone. We don't need to be in a relationship all the time. It's okay to be alone and to enjoy our own company.

5. We deserve to be treated with respect. We deserve to be treated with kindness, compassion, and consideration. If we are not being treated with respect, we have the right to walk away.

6. It's okay to forgive. Forgiveness is not about condoning the other person's actions. It's about releasing the anger and resentment that we're holding onto. Forgiveness is about us, not the other person.

7. It's okay to let go. Sometimes we need to let go of people and situations in order to move on with our lives. It's okay to let go of things that are no longer serving us.

8. We are worthy of love. We are worthy of love, simply because we are. We don't have to earn love or prove ourselves worthy of it.

9. We are strong and resilient. We are stronger than we think we are. We can overcome challenges and setbacks.

10. We are not alone. We are all on this journey together. There are people who care about us and want to help us.

Stop complaining that people don't like you, women are not attracted to you etc.
The problem may actually be you, You have nothing serious to offer.

The truth is that nobody wants somebody that is of no value to them.

Instead of complaining, try to find ways to fix it.

Stop complaining that big people don't want to help you Stop chasing people, even when it's clear they don't appreciate your presence.

When you have the value they need, they will come to you.When you don't, You become an inconvenience.

Go ghost mode for months and start working and building your habits.

Build your mind, read books, learn skills, think and grow, find yourself and tap into your greatest potential and then come out a refine man.

There's a certain light and glory you must carry that forces men to come to the brightness of your rising.

Stay away from environments you are not needed until you build enough value to be in there.

You will be someone people can't do without even people who hate you will still need you.

That's the position every man needs to be.

Build Spiritual value, Mental strength there must be a certain aura around your life that causes men to look for you.

Tomorrow will not be different If nothing is done today to secure it.

Beauty is great, money is wonderful, but you must train your eyes to see beyond that.

Also remember that a wedding is for a day or two, but marriage is forever; focus on making your marriage work more than just having the best of weddings.

You can admire Marriages and relationships, but no one is an overall standard.

Above all, make Jesus the centre of that Relationship.
