The target or objective should be
-SPECIFIC : know what you want to achieve
-MEASURABLE: There should evidence to show that you have grasped the concepts you were studying
-ATTAINABLE : You should be able to do it or learn it
-REALISTIC : Stick to area of study before venturing into the unknown
- TIME BOUND : set time limit for your achievement of what you want to study
