Sometimes you gotta tune in your radio to higher frequency;
And then, neither you will understand how can people still listen to another frequency,
and neither they will hear or understand what you are broadcasting on that higher frequency.
Don't let anchors keep you down, evolution requires breaking the old and adopting the new, and everyone has their own timeline to catchup.

Untrained work costs more than training. In Zambia, the biggest leak I see is low employee retention.
Untrained teams often lack motivation, make more mistakes, and damage your reputation, especially when they’re not aligned with the company vision.
That means rework, refunds, lost clients, and leaders stuck firefighting instead of growing the business.
Here’s how we fix it practically, in 90 days:
1) Align roles, KPIs, ownership, and a one-page scorecard
2) Install weekly 1:1s, feedback loops, and change-management rhythms
3) Shape a clear company culture (values → daily behaviors)
4) Set up lightweight R&D and business development pipelines
5) Coach managers to lead with clarity and care
6) Upgrade core skills: focus, communication, problem-solving, sales/service
7) Support a healthy work–life balance that sustains performance
8) Offer on-demand clinics ranging from mental health to business
This isn’t theory. It’s based on real company work, certifications in coaching and psychology, and a track record of coaching 5,000+ SMEs worldwide through accelerators and programs, with over 10 years of doing the work.
Result: better retention, higher output per person, fewer mistakes, stronger culture, and a brand clients trust.
If you’re a CEO or HR lead and want to stop the leak, book a consultation.
Compete up and not down!

When $50 feels “too expensive”…
A year ago, I mentored a cohort of entrepreneurs.
One founder asked me to coach them after a single 1-hour session, saying it was practical and eye-opening.
When I shared my entry package ($50/session), they were shocked I charged at all.
Fast-forward a year: same founder, still at idea stage, jumping from program to program, still chasing funding.
From that same cohort, another founder invested in a 10-session package. Today, they’re cash-flow positive and have won multiple pitch competitions.
I understand $50 isn’t nothing. But if you can redirect a few weekends out or a couple of “nice-to-haves,” you can access 15 years of experience, real Zambian market context, and a proven process. That investment compresses your learning curve and helps you avoid expensive mistakes.
Smart people learn from their own mistakes.
Wise people learn from other people’s mistakes.
If you’re serious about turning ideas into revenue, I’ve got room for 3 founders this last quarter.
$50 isn’t cheap. But neither is a year of going in circles.
If you’re ready to trade confusion for traction, comment “GROWTH” or DM me “GROWTH” and I’ll send the details. Group and corporate options available.

"What if I told you…space is already solving Zambian problems?"
Not 10 years from now.
Not “maybe one day.”
Right now.
From the same satellites that track storms in the Atlantic…
We can detect illegal deforestation in Muchinga.
From the same technology used to map Mars…
We can monitor crop health in Mkushi before the farmer even sees the problem.
This is remote sensing, using satellites to see what our eyes can’t.
It’s not just for astronauts and scientists.
It’s for farmers who need to know when to plant.
It’s for governments planning disaster response.
It’s for businesses finding the next big opportunity.
In the last year alone, my company Rinato Space used satellite data that has helped Zambia:
• Detect forest changes over 15,000+ hectares
• Monitor drought conditions and floods
• Support farmers with precision agriculture insights
• Guide climate action for the future
Here’s the truth:
Space is no longer “out there.”
It’s right here, improving lives on the ground.
Question:
If you had access to satellite data tomorrow, what problem in your community would you solve first?
This is how we do it!

And I'm talking about the small investment before the big ones!
Many think that as you get richer, you will learn to invest better.
The reality is, you can only get richer when you learn to invest better.
Investing your money, your time, your emotions, your legacy, your life.

"I thought I was unshakable… until 2020 humbled me..."
One day, I had two thriving businesses.
The next… the world shut down.
2019 was my last formal job. I walked out confident, making more from my companies than my salary ever gave me. I thought I was set for life.
Then Corona came.
It hit my businesses.
It hit my health.
It hit my pockets so hard I was back to my broke university days, except now, the bills were bigger.
At first, I denied it.
Then I panicked.
Then I applied for jobs… everywhere. Thankfully, no one hired me.
That’s when the aha moment hit me:
"The world isn’t going back to normal. Change is the only constant."
I realised it takes the same energy to make K1,000 as it does to make K100,000 and the difference is mindset.
So I leaned on the one asset I had left: my name.
Your name and reputation, protect them with your life, because they might be the last currency you have.
I rented one truck. Got products on credit to be paid in a week. Delivered. Paid. Repeated.
Week after week, one truck became 15.
We were delivering nearly 20,000 products a day.
And I was quietly building a safety net so I’d never fall that hard again.
Did I still go broke again later?
Yes.
But that’s a story for another time.
Question:
If tomorrow your income vanished, what skill or asset would you use to bounce back?
