am always inspired by how humble some ministries and ministers are despite attaining real real greatness yet still accessible and available to people. I have observed that in most great ministries people are highly valued, respected and well treated.

, if you are a pastor, elder, deacon or key leader In a church always work on treating people well, people management demands that you make everyone that comes to your ministry feel special !

in circular business, customers only give you a repeat sell if you treat them well the first time they come ! I mean church ministry work demands that we regard people and consider them important because they are indeed important !!!

when i see certain attitudes and boundaries we set in our ministries and churches I just see our limitations without knowing !!!

leaders, Moses was pastor of a congregation of 3 million people yet Jethro could reach him and advise him. You will be surprised a Man who has only 50 people following them, the protocols following them and unnecessary entourages when we travel !

am of the view that pride is killing a lot of ministries. I remember the last time Bishop David Oyedepo came to Zambia, he carried his own bible to the altar but you and me who are still far from his level have so many protocol and security team which I think it's surprising what exactly we are really protecting ? I mean people who have planes are living a simple life and available to people they minister to but us it's hard for people to come and seek advise. We appear on pulpits like we are bosses yet we are called "servant" of God.

remember another ministry within lusaka a certain Bishop has a page where they can't respond to you if you reach them via inbox yet circular pages if you make an inquiry immediately they respond to you ! Church leaders let's change please for Gods sake because we are killing the work of God by being unprofessional and high minded and choose who we like and want !

THEY REFUSE TO COME TO CHURCH !

some people leave church because they have started living in SIN. Sometimes you will try to encourage them to come to church but sin holds them bound ! Check this scripture 👇

Psalm:1.5
Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.

If your church is the Assembly of the righteous then the sinners or unrighteous will flee from the church !

we can do is to pray for them to repent and come back to Jesus Christ their saviour !

TITLES part 7

I had a sincere word for leaders and upcoming Minister I would advise that it does not add anything having a big Title or funny scaring Title to your name

wish a lot of people knew that when they look at your name or mention your name they will not mention your name with a title, they will only say Isaac Newton, Kenneth Haggins, John G. Lake, TD Jakes, Phillimon Nyirenda thats So ! Nothing more or less. Those who have hears please get it from me that Titles are nothing !!!!!

a lot of upcoming pastors don't know that every title you carry comes with it's kinds of battles, if you are calling yourself Apostle expect apostolic battles, if you call yourself prophet expect prophetic battles, if you call yourself evangelist commando general whatever, expect commando battles !!

lot of upcoming ministers don't know that ministry is not in Titles but works of the Lord.
of the Lord are Winning souls, praying for the sick, teaching and preaching the Pure Word of God, Singing in Spirit unto the Lord to mention but a few things.

for the Lord is not in walking boastive before the congregation ! One time I disconnected a pastor who wanted me to mentor Him yet He didn't want to emulate being down to earth but wanted to be mascalading as a big boy or biggest son in Faith. he was doing this through his bad conduct plus having a strange title. I advised Him but he couldn't listen. We parted company because I was not going to entertain being a leader who does not know what true ministry is !

am of the view that most of these young pastors and old men too, with strange titles are not genuine prophets at all but just magicians who have visited witchdoctors for powers !!!

it's not evil powers involved in these Titles then There is too much childishness in the pulpit

Theme: FATHERSHIP

, it's true fathership exists in spiritual things. Paul looked at Timothy as a son in faith. Now here is what you need to know about father - son relationship

are challenges of rejection from fathers especially when you make known your interest to serve as a pastor or any senior position. Most fathers don't have the mental capacity to handle the growth of a son. Some people that you want to submit to are very insecure. Most fathers tend to fear the growth of their children so they will rarely support you until they see your success.

biggest mistake sons make is to think they are more anointed than their father, when you disgard your fathers they will know. Just a little success makes most sons lose their mind and forget their place !

don't choose who becomes your father, just like you did not choose your biology father. Everyone of us have where we are coming from and we know whose product we are but most often, especially this generation, a son or daughter will go and choose a spiritual father because He is famous. God can show you clearly who to follow and there are those who raised us , I mean the question is who baptised you? Who led you to Christ or who taught you the spiritual knowledge for you to grow. Either you have Paul who led you to Christ and baptised you or you have apollos who feed you with Spiritual knowledge for you to be standing today ! So either Paul or apollos is your father. Stop looking for someone you just like. It can only be someone else if God shows you clearly. However your "spiritual- biological" you can't do away with even if you don't like them. Yes even if your foundation is poor but thats your source ( father ) . You must have someone you submit to. Especially, respect your roots. saw seeds (Honour) in your roots or remain cursed. When your parents complain, it can't be well with you.

your pastor died there is still someone in the lineage of your pastor. Yes maybe someone who was a member or raised to be a pastor by your late pastor. Such people atleast have your fathers DNA. They can be Honoured and recognized. The bottom line is have a father. There are people I father spiritually and pray for them prayers that no one else can pray but God can only hear me concerning them because a fathers blessing comes only from fathers. Only Abraham could talk to God about Lot's situation in S***m.

fathers are bad fathers, they can only cover you when you preach their Doctrine yet God may have called you differently ! What some of these fathers don't know is that you can be a Doctor but your son end up a footballer ! This is vice versa, just because you have the gift of prophecy and your father does not prophesy does not mean you go looking for a prophet to be your father. You can look for a mentor who can be mentoring you in prophecy but your Spiritual father remains the same person. Paul said it that you can have Many mentors ( Teachers ) who teach you different things but still have one pastor you call your father. Yes, some can earn the Title of father from your lips because you Honour the grace they carry and they are certainly a father figure but you should not confuse everyone for your own personal pastor ( Father )

Theme: LOYALTY AND MONEY

the reason why you want to lead is because you want Money, then chances are that your leadership will end some day. It is actually worth noting that any leader that doesn't know how to handle finances in his life and that of others as already failed because you will meet people with offers that you need to turn down or sell to the devil 👿

loyal to God and to the senior elders you submit to is the greatest test you must pass. Any leader who is not honest about money is just a crock in the pulpit. Today there are many leaders who fail to deal honestly where issues of money are concerned.

know of leaders and pastors who love money to the point they can trick a fellow pastor. Some Deals where I was swindled, pastors were involved, imagine.

those serving as elders, deacons and so on please overcome the temptations of money. There are a lot of elders and deacons who are thief's in the pulpit. There are elders who would divert the money they were given to give people for bus far. It's unbelievable but these things happen ! I know a lot of pastors who seem to Love crusade ministry yet it's just for the money they get. Yes some of these pastors are given money to give Other pastors in appreciation for their effort too but they often keep the money to themselves. No wonder, I am relactant to people who just want to mobilise pastors just to gather a lot of us and be receiving money over our heads. People lie that they love soul winning yet at the bottom of their heart is money 💰

love of money has made many people break away from Churches. Infact a lot of people left their churches because they wanted to go somewhere and be in charge of finances when actually all church finances belong to the Lord God. For them they think the current Leadership is obstructing them.

will find a lot of leaders who are not loyal moving from one place another ! Loyal people stay with their leader through thick and thin !

Word to Pastors is becare with disloyal members. Don't appointment them to important leàdership position. If you have already appointed them please fire them now before it's too late because disloyal members usually are Satans agents in that ministry or church ! Satan uses such fellows to disturb ministries and churches. Satan was not spared in Heaven rather He was cast down and the Bible says there was peace , authority and power in Heaven. Nothing moves if you have disloyal leaders as your trustees.

, let me say one of the greatest and difficult task of a pastor is choosing the right the person to work with ! It's not easy to know people. It takes time and prayers to really know them

# : SECRET DISCIPLES
leaders some people will be your secret disciples because they will fear peoples faces, they are afraid of what people can say yet they Love your ministry 💯 percent. They are like Nicodemus !!!

is ministry, you remember Joseph of Arimathea who bought Jesus' grave, he was a secret disciple too but appreciated everything Jesus was doing.

I know that on social networks and on ground I have secret Disciples who are for me. If you said something bad about me, they will punch 👊 you in the mouth !

GIVE UP ON YOUR VISION !

't abundon that Vision God gave you just because another man's vision is happening! Every Vision is tested. Don't even mind those members running to happening Visions because thats the nature of Members, they always go for greener pastures !

your Vision start working they will come, Be firm don't just leave what you are doing and join another just because you want Money.

are not 🚫 for sale. Be where God wants you to be regardless of circumstances

pay attention to peoples suggestions but what the Holy Spirit is saying concerning you and your call

people said bad about my Facebook Ministry but today they clap 👏 for me seeing the extents we have reached. They get surprised at how we are reaching nation's but one time they thought we did not have something reasonable to do. They thought we were not even having any work on ground so we were briefcase pastors to them but today they celebrate the grace and I believe there are knew heights we are reaching for where they will see clearly that God called our ministry to nations. He didn't call me under another ministry so I know my place. If God had said this was meant to be a ministry or branch under another ministry I would obey gladly ! Today by the grace of God we have reached over 500,000 (500k)souls with our messages Via online platforms, Allelujah !!!

pray your heavenly Vision will not die. Yes What God told you will come to pass. Some you may not necessary become Pastors but God will use you greatly as a leader under the leadership of that man of God, God as called you to. It's about knowing your calling 🤙 Be Loyal to the leadership you are called to don't be a rebel, we will talk about leadership and loyalty in

: THE CHURCH ENDED

of these characters I want to talk about don't give tithe and when they try to give they love giving less of what they really earn and don't give every month but once after a long time. you will observe this pattern of behavior if you have been in ministry long enough , I have come across four (4) so far within 11years of ministry. Beware of such, your ministry will end if you are not careful !

pastor was anointed in his own ministry but lost the ministry eventually because of one rich member. I don't know if the pastor himself knows why his ministry ended but according to my research and studies I have read books by Bishop Dag Herward Mills and the Bishop says a church that has its own building or buildings is usually more stable so I have come to a conclusion that a church that rents for a very long time may end

Now here is what I mean, this pastor when he was running a young vibrant ministry, once made an announcement to his members that we need to buy land and build a church. That rich member told the pastor privately that he should drop that idea. this member was helping the pastor with something which I think were just peanuts because she was very well to do. I mean these people who want to stop you from making progress usually are just used by Satan to stop you from doing something big that may help you tomorrow. As a pastor never listen to such or Choose the help of one member over the little little help compared to the rest of the church. Even if most of the church may not be able to take care of you but you must never sale your vision to people who i think may just be a destruction or obstacles from your destiny !

best advise I can give pastors is always be in building projects never stop building, you will never suffer as a ministry or as a leader, get it from me !

a pastor no one must decide to be touching the steering while you are driving that car (vision) . What I mean is that if you are a pastor and your members want to control your decisions concerning the church you are leading then you are not being firm. A leader must be advisable but firm. Some decisions you must stand your ground. I remember from the first building our ministry build I had internal oppositions and external but I stood my ground to see it to it's completion. I mean some were against my mode of fundraising and other well to dos were trying to slow my pace but if I discovered that I appointed you to the building committee or department then you have delayment tactics I removed them from the department and became the leader myself and things started moving again!

I know churches around this town of Lusaka which have become elephant projects because the pastor listens to people instead of listening to God. God speaks, if your members don't have the capacity for now He will tell you and not those rich members to start controlling your Vision. I mean a lot of churches are taking forever to build because pastors don't realize quickly were the problem is because they think those who give them something mean well. Yes I know committed tithers and givers who have nothing to do with the Pastors decisions concerning the church but if you find these rich members especially and is always telling you to stop what you are doing then these are the people am talking about !

Good members still exists but those who like talking too much and even talking about what the church should do or should not do Are very dangerous to the Vision. These kind of people usually love suggestions most of the time in the church. They suggest what suits them ! Becare pastor sir, if your ministry or church will go far ! Yes, you may lose them when they realize that they can't control you but often God replaces them with better people who are even humble and who count it a privilege to give to your ministry. This i can assure you, God never forgets to replace those who leave a gap in finances or attendance.
