We are now looking for a dedicated, experienced, and tech-savvy ICT teacher to join our passionate team of educators at the primary school level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver engaging ICT lessons to primary-level learners using a hands-on, learner-centered approach.
Cover a wide range of digital topics, including
Basic Computer Skills
Microsoft Office Applications
Internet and Online Safety
Introduction to Artificial Intelligence
Coding and Robotics (Introductory)
Manage and maintain school ICT infrastructure (hardware and software).
Troubleshoot and repair basic hardware and software issues.
Provide technical support for administrative systems (e.g., school management system).
Assist in setting up school tech (printers, projectors, Wi-Fi, labs).
Contribute to updating the school’s website and social media platforms.
Collaborate with the ICT Department to streamline digital learning and system management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Degree or diploma in ICT, Computer Science, or related field.
Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) and holds a valid practising license.
Minimum of 2 years teaching ICT at primary or junior secondary level.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and educational technology tools.
Ability to teach coding basics (Scratch, Blockly, or Python is a plus).
Practical experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills.
