Every business thrives on two things:
1. You must have interest
2. You must have Knowledge

Without these, there is no business. PS: Capital comes later.

Business is business, big or small.

You become the role before you assume the job... Work on your knowledge and your intrinsic value first, the position, the job and the money will come later.

You are paid for your demonstrated value, not assumed value.

Strength of the WHOLE, is determined by the strength of its INDIVIDUAL components. We do not want only one strong component, it's best if all components are relatively strong.

I only spend my time on things I want to get better at. There is no such thing as free time with me.

It has never only been about following a set of rules because anyone and anything can do that. It has also been about following values and beliefs set by the ultimate authority, self. When its all said and done, you have to be able to live and be happy with the person in the mirror, a product of your own decisions.
