"Be curious. You don't need to go deep on everything just know what a technology does and when to use it.
The wider your awareness, the better your judgment when it's time to build something.
Stay busy with variety. Don't only chase opportunities that match what you already know.
Being rude to prove you're smart isn't impressive. Be normal, be friendly, help each other.
And step away sometimes. Close the laptop, reflect on where you're going and whether you're heading the right way."
