To all the 2nd year students deliver the services according to how you've been equipped by the Lecturers because NOCO is one of the highly praised College in Northern and Muchinga Provinces. To all NOCO students only a few hours are remaining to make a transition to a new year 2016. Remember that last minutes are always dangerous be cautious as u celebrate the new year. Drink reasonably and wisely. we would like anyone to come back in good healthy condition because we love you all. To all the 2nd year students anticipating to go in their 3rd year, the lecturers are done with the compilation of your results by Monday the 4th of January your results maybe ready for collection.
