It is with a heavy heart that we mourn the passing of Mr. Sepa — our JOE FANTA of Kaoma.

To many of us, he was simply “Joe Fanta.” He wasn’t just a businessman. He was a friend, a builder of people, and a name everyone in Kaoma knew and respected.

Our prayers are with the Sepa family and all who knew him. Rest well, Joe.

May God give the bereaved families strength in this difficult time.

This is a plate.

Not so long, it contained delicious food which was eaten few moments ago. It is now considered to be dirty... it's a dirty plate .

No one would want to be served food on a dirty plate.

No one enjoys the bad smell coming from a dirty plate.

No one enjoys starring at a plate in its dirty state.

Some people even shun away from washing dirty plates.

Some dirty plates have to be thrown away.

Some dirty plates cannot be washed directly with your hands... you have to use a stick, cloth, sand or ashes first.

Well, that's that thing called LIFE. People will celebrate you when you're useful and forget all the good things you did once they no longer need you.

It might be that You've become like a dirty plate such that your relatives, workmates, church members, school mates, business partners no longer enjoy your presence... you're smelling badly...in a nutshell, you're no longer useful, you've been thrown away.

Even a dirty plate if cared for, kept well, washed with good detergent; it can be used again.... even a visitor cannot tell it was once a dirty and filthy plate.

Dear, pick yourself up. Learn from your past experiences, provide the required necessities for yourself.... acquire an education if necessary....apply for a different job....if necessary, create a job for yourself.

Life must continue. Continue!

The better question isn't "How can i make more money." It is "how can i become more valuable?" Because when your value increases, your income naturally follows.

Most people live like this: Work - Earn - Spend - Repeat. They wake up, go to work, earn money, spend it and then start again. This cycle continues for years. But people who understand money, they follow a diiferent way which is Value - Skills - Income - Assets - Freedom.

First, they build skills. Skills in turn increase their value. Value increases their income. Instead of spending everything, the convert their money into assets. And those assets slowly start generating more money.

This is how the game changes.
