We were proud to officially kick off our first event under the partnership between the ZIHRM KNU Student Chapter and Trendline Training & Consultancy Ltd with an insightful Introduction to HR Analytics Webinar for students, held on 17th April 2026.

A special appreciation goes to Madam Priscilla M Ngambi FCCA, FZICA,MBA, Managing Partner at TRENDLINE TRAINING & CONSULTANCY LTD, for leading a highly engaging session that opened our minds to the growing importance of data not only in the HR profession, but also other professions.

The webinar centered on a very timely and important question:

Why is data analysis becoming essential in HR?

Together, we explored critical questions that every HR student and young professional should be asking:

🔹 How do you stand out in a competitive job market?
🔹 Where do tools like Excel and Power BI fit in your journey?

This session was a powerful reminder that the future of HR is increasingly data-driven, analytical and technology-enabled. As students and aspiring HR professionals, building competencies in tools like Excel, Power BI and data interpretation is no longer optional, it is becoming essential.

A Historic Milestone in HR Professional Development!

We are proud to have been part of the official launch of the ZIHRM Mulungushi University Chapter, held on 10th April 2026 at the New Lecture Theatre, Mulungushi University Great-North Road Campus — in partnership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).

As ZIHRM Kwame Nkrumah University Student Chapter, it was an honour to witness and celebrate this landmark occasion alongside fellow HR students and professionals.
