Stress can harm severe effects on our emotional, mental, social and psychological health, and and as a result we need to know how to handle it inorder to avoid it leading to very severe health conditions! What is it that is you , learn to handle it and don't allow it to escalate to worse Levels!

Youths are the future leaders of Tomorrow, let's interact here on the social issues affecting us as the future leaders not of tomorrow but today, what issues are affecting you, is it substance abuse, or alcohol abuse, juvenile delinquency, early marriages, gender based Violence, psychosocial issues, behavioural problems, negative Mindset, lack of assertiveness, peer pressure influences, Economic pressure leading to hopelessness or suicidal thoughts , depression or frustrations or relationship problems,do come through on this forum we discuss the social issues affecting you , remember a problem shared is half solved, do interact with your Social worker, and parents with youths or children feel. Free to share the struggles your children are going thru, here, let's help the youths for they are today's leaders and not tomorrow for we are in the 21st Century, Youths have the potential to save the problems affecting them in society and communities in which they live to bring about the change they desire!

Hello colleagues, l have been quite for sometime! Let's engage colleagues! During this week, social media was awash with a story of a musician who committed su***de due to his wife's infidelity, indeed this was quite sad a story! This goes to show that alot of people are experiencing social and psychological issues in their lives, and are not willing to share their problems! As a result, we have lost a lot of colleagues and friends who do not disclose what they are experiencing, one life lost is one too many! Colleagues let's share our issues as the saying goes: a problem shared, is a problem half solved! Let's be brothers keepers! Even on Issues of gender based Violence, men are being abused and die in silence, men please let's speak out! Hope am communicating!
