TO: ALL THIRD-YEAR STUDENTS (FULL-TIME AND DISTANCE) FOR 2026

FROM: ADMINISTRATION

SUBJECT: REGISTRATION FOR FINAL YEAR MODERATION

Notice is hereby given that the registration for the final year moderation will take place from Monday, 13th July, to Friday, 17th July, 2026.

All students are required to submit their teaching files to the Chief Internal Examiner for final approval.

Distance students are required to liaise with the administration for file submission guidelines.

Please be advised that no extensions will be granted beyond the stipulated deadline.

KEY NOTES:
1. Registration for the final moderation is restricted to students with no outstanding fees and who have settled their examination fees in full.
2. A document will be forwarded to distance students for completion and return to the college.
