Yesterday 12th May 2023, DMI. St Eugene University Health Club held a successful Health Outreach at 10 Miles Market in Chibombo. The team of students and lecturers in the school of health sciences conducted health check ups and health talks on Hypertension, Diabetes and Water and Sanitation. This was intended to curb the escalating levels of noncommunicable diseases in our communities.
Special thanks to Ministry of Health Zambia through the Chibombo District Health Office for allowing us to conduct the outreach. Special thanks to the Katuba Ward Councilor Mr. Sibanda for the support.
