My laaste week as tannie Musiek, so kom agt jaar van sing dans en ontwikkel saam met my Kindermusik/PowerKidz maats tot 'n einde.

A child's motor development starts with being able to move their eyes, head, and neck.
While our children are doing a lot of screen time at the moment, make sure you schedule in play that encourages children to move their eyes, head and neck so there is a healthy balance between technology and play.
Activities like tapping a balloon, moving cushions up and down from the floor, and tunnel ball, make children move their eyes, head and neck in all directions while also developing their core strength.

HULA HOOP TO ENCOURAGE PIVOTING AND CRAWLING
Why is crawling, tummy time and pivoting so important? All of these skills are great for depth-perception, core muscle, digestion, posture and crossing the midline. All important for the brain and future development of copying notes from the chalkboard, attending and focus, sitting still in their chair, etc. Love it!
